The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items.

Thefts

• Vashon L. Rivers, 34, of Charleston, Missouri, was issued a summons for theft at Walmart, 3439 William St.
• Theft was reported in the 100 block of Vantage Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Possession of drug paraphernalia was reported in the 1500 block of North Spanish Street.
• Property damage and domestic assault were reported in the 500 block of South Frederick Street.
• Property damage was reported in the 500 block of North Spring Avenue.
• Knowingly burning was reported in the 500 block of South Kingshighway.
