The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

A 16-year-old male was cited to juvenile court Wednesday for resisting arrest, failure to signal, improper registration, no valid operator's license, no proof of insurance and failure to stop.

Detrayous D. Curry, 18, of 821 Locust, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear and on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Tiffany R. Henderson, 19, of 2506 Abby, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Jesse C. Wyatt, 26, of Box 253, Ullin, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Zatrun R. Twiggs, 17, of 520 Morgan Oak, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana, no operator's license, no proof of insurance, no license plate light, and operating an improperly registered vehicle.

Douglas W. Guyton Jr., 22, of 518 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

Christopher S. Brooks of 516 Cape Meadows, Apt. 46, received a summons Wednesday for no valid operator's license and striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Assault

A suspect was placed in custody Wednesday pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault.Thefts

Cameras, a tripod, a camcorder, a Nintendo Playstation, batteries and miscellaneous items were reported stolen Wednesday from the Cape Girardeau area.

A computer was reported stolen Wednesday from 3019 William.

Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.

A stereo, subwoofers and an amplifier were reported stolen Wednesday at 615 N. Lorimier.

Cash was reported stolen and a washing machine damaged Wednesday by Show Me Laundry at 1225 William.

License plate stickers were reported stolen Wednesday at 127 S. Hanover.

Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday at 40 N. Sprigg.

Property Damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at 1404 Lexington.

A vehicle door was reported damaged Thursday at 2838 Whitener.Miscellaneous

Forgery was reported Wednesday by Wal-Mart at 3439 William.
