DWI

* James Caroll, no age given, of 1918 N. Kingshighway was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, having no license and expired plates.

Arrests

* A woman was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of second-degree assault.

Summons

* Kelly Gause, no age given, was issued a summons on suspicion of a leash-law violation.

Theft

* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported fuel stolen.

* AT&T, 3363 Gordonville Road, reported shoplifting.

* Electronics and a quilt were reported stolen at 901 S. Sprigg St.

* A vehicle was reported stolen at 433 S. Sprigg St.

* Cash and a GPS were reported stolen at 3037 Minute Men Way.

* Cash was reported stolen at 2087 Silver Campine Lane.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* Jewelry was reported stolen at 104 Vantage Drive.

* Money was reported stolen at 2006 Allen Drive.

Property damage

* Raben Tire Co., 2000 Independence St., reported damage to a door and attempted burglary.

* A television was reported damaged at 1430 Independence St.

* A mailbox was reported damaged at 118 Green Acres Drive.

* Property damage was reported at Hanover and Bloomfield streets.

* Property damage was reported at 1724 El Rio Drive.

Miscellaneous

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Charles A. Johnson, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Michael W. Fritsche, 23, of Frohna, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Danny J. Kelley, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Stephanie L. Stoff, 38, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Theresa L. Taylor, 46, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Blaze M. Stephens, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of careless and imprudent driving and driving while suspended.

* Randy J. Amelunke Jr., 28, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of stealing a firearm.

* Sara R. Sykes, 27, of Wappapello, Mo., was arrested on an Arnold, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for seat belt violation.
