The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

  • Kyle R. A. Davis, 20, of 1318 Sonnet Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs, operating an unlicensed vehicle and driving without headlights.
  • Alex W. Pilsner, 19, of 1013 County Road 208, was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol, failure to drive on the right side of the roadway and unlicensed vehicle.

Arrests

  • Anthony A. Howard, 26, of 1105 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and resisting arrest.
  • Abbey D. Ferra, 26, of 313 West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Jason J. Williams, 31, of 606 S. Silver Springs Road, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport.
  • Richard A. Roach, 22, of Matthews, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
  • Adam K. Rollins, 21, of of Carbondale, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Thomas L. Youngblood, 21, of 2839 Whitener St., Apt. 1B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for false declaration.
  • A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while license revoked, unlicensed vehicle and no insurance.
  • Justin D. Lynn, 21, of 1430 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Angela D. Richards, 20, of 119 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of littering.

Assault

  • A domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
  • An assault was reported.

Summonses

  • John D. Hill of McClure, Ill., received a summons for violation of steady stop light.

Thefts

  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
  • A window was reported broken and stereo equipment taken in the 200 block of North Henderson Avenue.
  • A mailbox was reported stolen at 1742 Northbridge Drive.
  • A wallet was reported stolen at 341 S. Sprigg St.
  • A Trac phone was reported stolen at 624 S. Ellis St.

Property damage

  • A window was reported broken at 825 Locust St.
  • A front yard was reported damaged at 3256 Lakewood Drive.
  • Property damage and trespassing was reported.

Miscellaneous

  • An unattended death of a 36-year-old female was reported.
  • An attempted suicide was reported.
  • Child molestation and statutory sodomy were reported.
  • A request for service was reported.
  • Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
