David Wyatt, 39, 1015 Bloomfield, Apt. 3, was arrested Sunday for driving while intoxicated.

DWIJared K. Payne, 21, of Malden, Mo., was issued a summons Sunday for driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving. He also was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for contempt of court on a charge of stealing.

ArrestJeremy N. Fultz, 18, of 925 Clark St. was arrested Thursday for domestic assault, assaulting an officer and probation violation.
