ArrestsMichael Ralph Wilkins, 31, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested Monday on a warrant out of New Madrid County for forgery.

Mary Devalin Long, 18, of 1000 Towers Circle 608 South, was arrested Monday for stealing and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Betty Suelynn Wilford, of 1300 Dunklin, was arrested Monday for stealing at 200 West Park Mall.

Gregory Windsor Smith, 31, of 2867 Whitener, was arrested Monday on a city of Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court.

Roy Lee Jones, 24, of 1181 Bertling, was arrested Monday for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Maylon Darrell Phelps II, 42, of Benton, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court.

Rachel Ann Lintz, 27, of 2906 Park West Heights, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation/ parole violation.

Dennis Leslie Ricketts Jr., 35, of 1506 N. West End Blvd., was arrested Tuesday on a Bollinger County warrant for operating a motor vehicle in a stream.

Gary Wayne Warren, 539 Asher, was arrested Monday on a city of Cape Girardeau warrant for failing to appear in court.

SummonsTravion L. Brock, 21, Justin Dale Hayes, 21, Todd Edward Simpson, 22, and Shawn Chavel Bridges, 21, all of 1511 Whitener, were issued summonses early Tuesday for maintaining a disorderly house.

TheftsHastings, 2136 William, reported a CD player stolen Monday. A 12-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court.

Express Tire and Auto, 2000 Independence, reported tires stolen Monday.
