Arrests Brian S. Paris, 33, of 418 Themis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Chanda R. Edmonds, 30, of 103 N. Clark, Apt. 103, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court.
A suspect was placed in custody Monday pending the filing of formal charges for trafficking, driving while revoked and failure to signal.
Anthony M. Parker, 23, of P.O. Box 133, Catron, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Matthew G. Henson, 19, of 1430 Independence, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for probation violation.
Stephen D. Flye, 31, of 905 Hickory, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of improper registration, no insurance, driving while suspended and resisting arrest.
Thefts A chainsaw was reported stolen Monday at 100 Merriwether.
A business sign was reported stolen Monday at 1501 N. West End Blvd.
Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.
CDs were reported stolen and a vehicle damaged Monday at Normal and Henderson.
A Richie reclaim unit and digital scale were reported stolen Tuesday at the 600 block of Good Hope.
A bicycle was reported stolen from the Towers Complex on Monday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.
Burglary A television, Nintendo Playstation and a VCR were reported stolen Monday in a burglary at 601 North St.
Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at the 1800 block of Good Hope.
Miscellaneous A gray 1987 Pontiac Grand Am was towed Monday from 316 Independence.
An 86-year-old woman was found dead of natural causes Monday.
A purse and its contents were reported found Monday at Scott and West End Boulevard.
A blue 1990 Chevrolet Corsica was reported abandoned Tuesday at 3439 William.
A green 1985 Chevrolet Impala was reported abandoned Tuesday at East Rodney and Themis.
An electronic keypad was reported lost Tuesday at 1851 Lawanda.
A black 1990 Ford Taurus was reported abandoned Tuesday at the 1000 block of Big Bend Road.

DWI Timothy J. Sutherland, 25, of 4227 Martyridge Drive, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Arrests Jason R. Schuler, 22, of 1003 East Main, Jackson, was arrested Monday on suspicion of concealing a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, failure to register and no driver's license.
Theft Gasoline was reported stolen Monday in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Miscellaneous Harassment was reported Monday at the 200 block of North West Lane.
