The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Jason T. Pearson, 23, of 2307 S. Bridge, Scott City, was arrested Monday on suspicion of stealing.
Lucinda K. Shaddox, 35, no current address, was arrested Monday on suspicion of making a false declaration.
Steven J. Kreidler, 43, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Herman J. Gardner, 23, of 1720 Whitener was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court.
Summonses Corey M. Pinkston of 502 E. Olive, Scott City, received a summons Monday for failure to yield to traffic.
Diane M. Mueller of 360 Dearmont, Apt. 1109, received a summons Monday for failure to yield to traffic.
Pamela Evans of 133 S. Pacific received a summons Monday for driving with a revoked license.
Mary Heather Waters of 2616 Gardenia received a summons Monday for leaving the scene of an accident and failure to stop at a red light.
Troy E. Starwalt, 19, and Tyler Blake Leuschke, 19, both of Effingham, Ill., received summonses Monday from the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Assaults
A domestic assault was reported Monday.
A subject was placed in custody Monday pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault.
Thefts
Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Amerimart at 1320 West Cape Rock Drive.
Prescription medication and clothing were reported stolen Monday at 2114 William.
Attempted theft was reported Monday by Blockbuster at 2530 William.
A bicycle was reported stolen Monday at 2831 Hemlock Court.
Cash and a space heater were reported stolen Monday at 1927 N. Kingshighway.Property Damage
A mailbox was reported damaged Monday at 505 Optimist Drive.
A vehicle windshield and tires were reported damaged Tuesday at 701 Broadway.
Miscellaneous
A natural death of a 62-year-old woman was reported Monday.
Tampering with a vehicle was reported Monday at 1015 Bloomfield.
A 67-year-old man was placed in protective custody Monday.
A stolen vehicle was recovered Monday at 740 S. Kingshighway.
Forgery was reported Monday at 2027 Broadway.
A 28-year-old female was reported missing Monday.
A 50-year-old man was placed in protective custody Monday.
Child endangerment was reported Monday.
A 1980 Buick Skylark was reported abandoned Tuesday at Sprigg and Bertling.
Christmas decorations were reported found Tuesday at 725 N. Clark.
Two instances of failure to return rental property were reported Tuesday by Rent One at 2349 Broadway.

A report was made Monday of an illegal discharge of a weapon in the 1400 block of East Main Street.
A request was made Monday to check the well-being of a person in the 400 block of Donald Street.
