The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Aaron L. Wiggins, 20, of 513 S. Middle, was arrested Monday on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

Steven W. Cagle, 31, of 204 Idalia Road, Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Tyrone Garner, 40, of 546 S. Pacific, was arrested Monday on a state warrant for obstructing a court order.

Timothy W. Hale, 22, of 345 Sandown Park, Benton, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a warrant.

Summonses Charley Miller of 327 McKinley, Mounds, Ill., received a summons Monday for failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Brandon A. Hobbs of 2828 Themis, Apt. 4, received a summons Monday for an improper turn and failure to display an operators license upon request.

Timothy W. Hale, 22, of 345 Sandown Park, Benton, Mo., received a summons Tuesday for possession of marijuana and no operator's license.

Assaults An assault was reported Monday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

Thefts Shoes, swim trunks, a towel, a lunch box and books were reported stolen Monday at 205 Caruthers.

A blue 1996 Honda Accord was reported stolen Monday by Weiser Honda at 285 Siemers Drive.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Don's Store 24 at 341 S. Sprigg.

A CD player was reported stolen Tuesday by Circuit City at 164 Siemers.

Burglary A jacket was reported stolen in a burglary at 232 S. Ellis.

Property Damage Boards at a building site were reported damaged Monday by Gary Arnold Construction at 2454 Cheetah.

Miscellaneous Telephone harassment was reported Monday at 1709 Forest View.

A statutory rape was reported Monday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
