The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Steven Orcut, 48, 105 N. Clark St., Apt. 308, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and running a red light.

Arrests

Arthur Alexander Smith, 18, 612 Emerald St., was arrested on a city warrant for probation violation, on a probation violation warrant, and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Theft

A CB radio was reported stolen from Case's Service Co., 2115 Southern Expressway.

A CD player, amplifier and flip-up TV were reported stolen at 1335 Amblewood Drive.

Prescription medication was reported stolen from 1514 Scott St.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101 Stop, 2109 William St.

A license plate tab was reported stolen at 40 N. Main St.

An anhydrous hose and fire extinguisher were reported stolen from White Tank and Truck Repair, 1242 Meadowbrook Drive.

Liquor was reported stolen from Semo Gas Station, 40N. Sprigg St.

Property Damage

A brick wall was reported damaged at Vascular Diagnostic Specialists, 1834 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

A wallet and its contents were reported found at 829 S. Kingshighway.

A dealer license plate D105 MO, was reported lost by Ford Groves.

A red Ford Ranger was reported towed from 100 S. Minnesota St.

Department of Public Safety

The following item was released Tuesday by the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen from the Rec Center North.
