The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Robert A. Flannery, 21, of 141 Emerald, Burfordville, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

A 47-year-old male was placed in protective custody Wednesday.

Trisi A. Egson, 47, of 514 Middle, Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Hassan Abu-Khuder, 22, of 151 Navaho Drive, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

Adam Grimes, 33, of 824 N. Spanish, received a summons Tuesday on suspicion of assault.

Derek A. Rose of 1720 Belleridge Pike received a summons Wednesday for striking a legally parked vehicle.

Assaults

Two assaults were reported Wednesday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

Thefts

A stolen bank bag was reported recovered Wednesday at Lexington and Kingshighway.

A backpack and its contents were reported stolen Wednesday at 1732 N. Kingshighway.

Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday by FGR Mechanical at 103 N. Kingshighway.

A cell phone was reported stolen Thursday at 1803 Independence.

Elk antlers were reported stolen Thursday at 251 East Lake.

Burglary

A VCR, a stereo, jewelry and medication were reported stolen Wednesday in a burglary at 624 Boxwood.

Property Damage

A vehicle fender and hood were reported scratched Thursday at 204 N. Pindwood.
