The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Bobby A. Bates, 31, no address given, was arrested on a warrant at William and South Hanover streets.
• Jessica E. Dohogne, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant at Good Hope Street and South Spring Avenue.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported at Independence Street and Silver Springs Road.
• Affray was reported in the 3400 block of William Street.

Thefts

• Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 600 block of North Sprigg Street.
• Theft was reported in the 1100 block of North Kingshighway.
• Stealing was reported in the 700 block of North Sunset Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

• Harassment was reported in the 2500 block of Maria Louise Lane.
