DWIs Francine Annie Pierce, 56, 2 N. Fountain, No. 4, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Saturday for suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and failing to use a turn signal.
Robert John Cargal, 24, 501 North, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Sunday for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.
Arrests
Joe Earl Barker Jr., 32, 5 N. Main, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
Andrea Leeann Mitchell, 41, 1502 Scott, Cape Girardeau, was ar-rested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Dirk Tylon Dickison, 22, 225 O'Connell, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
Andrew T. Stieff, 22, 630 N. Henderson, No. 223, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
Burlgary
Electronics were reported taken Sunday from 516 Cape Meadows, No. 47.Stealing
A vehicle was reported stolen Saturday from Approved Auto, 402 S. Kingshighway.
A TV and two DVD players were reported stolen Saturday from 59 N. Park.
A wallet was reported stolen Saturday at 200 West Park Mall.
A PlayStation game and DVDs were stolen and assault was reported Sunday at 630 North.
A leather portfolio and contents were reported stolen Sunday at 232 Shirley Drive.
Assault Domestic assault was reported Saturday at the 200 block of North Middle.
Miscellaneous A suspect was taken into custody Saturday pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance.
An ex parte violation was reported Saturday at Henderson and Independence.
False impersonation of a law enforcement officer was reported Saturday at Capaha Park.
