ArrestsScott William Pierce, 19, 3028 Aspen, was arrested Monday for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Marcus Termayne Morgan, 21, of Frohna, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and on a Perry County warrant for probation violation.

Percy Lee Brinson, 33, 915 Jefferson, was arrested Tuesday for possession of marijuana.

Adrian McKinsley Brown, 18, 537 S. Hanover, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Keith Chadwick Pruitt, 24, 421 Middle, was arrested Monday for peace disturbance.

Darnell Helderman, 39, of Jackson, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau City warrant for failure to appear.

Patricia Ann Easton, 36, 522 S. Ellis, was arrested Monday for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sean Timothy Simon, 21, 1710 N. Sprigg, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear.

John David Tackett, 57, of Sturdivant, Mo., was arrested Monday for DWI and traffic violations.

Donnie Ray Metheny, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Tuesday for stealing, property damage and receiving stolen property.

James Terry Simmons, 19, of Sikeston, was arrested Tuesday for stealing, property damage and receiving stolen property.

TheftTwo radios were reported taken Monday from LaFonts Auto Sales at 402 S. Kingshighway.

A car stereo was reported taken Monday from 755 S. Kingshighway.

Compact discs were reported stolen Monday from Wal-Mart at 3439 William.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday from Rhodes at 2109 William.

BurglaryA DVD player, clothing and jewelry were reported stolen Monday from 15 Village Drive.

Property Damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 755 S. Kingshighway.

Two vehicles were reported damaged Monday at LaFonts Auto Sales at 402 S. Kingshighway.

A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 421 S. Middle.

A vehicle window was reported broken Tuesday at 1747 Oakley.

SummonsHarold Gordon Bright, 43, 118 N. Pacific, was issued a summons Monday for unauthorized burning and violation of leash law.

James Laure Ford Jr., 25, of Jackson, was issued a summons Monday for peace disturbance.

MiscellaneousTrespassing was reported Monday at 227 N. Middle.

A juvenile was cited in juvenile court Tuesday for peace disturbance.

A 43-year-old man was taken into protective custody Tuesday.
