The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items.

Summons

• Jamaal Carter, 38, of Jackson was issued a summons for prohibited acts (noises) in the 700 block of Broadway.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported in the 3000 block of Mimosa Drive. A suspect was taken into custody.

Thefts

• Motor vehicle theft was reported in the 400 block of Sheridan Drive.
• Burglary was reported in the 900 block of North Frederick Street.
• Theft was reported in the 2100 block of William Street.
• Theft of medication was reported in the 400 block of South Benton Street.
• Theft of vehicle parts was reported at AutoZone, 2327 Bloomfield St.
• Fraudulent use of a debit device and theft were reported in the 0 block of North Hanover Street.

Miscellaneous

• Property damage to a vehicle was reported in the 20 block of North Pind Wood Lane.
• Possession of controlled substance was reported in the 300 block of North Kingshighway. Two suspects were taken into custody.
