ArrestsRoy Lee Jones, 24, was arrested Saturday at 324 S. Hanover for assault and resisting arrest.

Janet Louise Wiley, 40, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for operating a vehicle without a license.

Johnnie Ray Russell, 20, of Hayti, Mo., was arrested Monday by the Pemiscot County Sheriff's Department on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Misty Dawn Armstrong, 26, 20 S. Sprigg, was arrested Monday at 40 S. Sprigg for failing to appear in municipal court.

James David Hunter, 19, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested Monday at 211 St. Francis Drive for stealing.

SummonsesKathryn N. Hartzell, 22, 45 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons Saturday for stealing at 148 S. Lorimier.

A 16-year-old boy was issued a summons Saturday at Sprigg and Locust for leaving the scene of an accident and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Ryan Kirk Rhodes, 23, 6 Village Drive, Apt. 3, was issued a summons Monday for possession of marijuana.

BurglaryA TV/stereo and medication were reported stolen Sunday at 507 Cape Meadows.

Cape Bicycle, 2410 William, reported an attempted burglary Sunday.

XPress Lube, 101 N. Kingshighway, reported a burglary Monday in which a TV/VCR, safe, tape, computer programs and cash were stolen.

Top Metal Buyers Inc., 622 S. Kingshighway, reported a burglary Monday in which a window was broken and a safe was damaged.

TheftA 1997 Olds Achieva was reported stolen Sunday at West Park Mall.

SEMO Gas, 40 N. Sprigg, reported gas stolen Sunday.

Speakers and a speaker box were reported stolen Sunday at 611 S. Kingshighway. A vehicle was also reported damaged.

Amoco, 3276 William, reported gas stolen Sunday.

Electric boxes, metal lettering light box and a hubcab were reported stolen Monday at 1432 Kurre.
