The following items were released Thursday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Jennifer T. Bagwell, 26, 617 Sycamore St., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Roger Allan Shell, 50, 25 S. Sprigg St., Apt. 5, was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.

Jason Daniel Wise, 30, 186 Aloe Lane, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and on suspicion of making a false declaration.

Justin DeAngelo Moore, 23, 2855 Whitener St., Apt. B3, was arrested on a Dexter warrant for failure to appear for no insurance.

Tiwana Marie Donahue, 49, 431 Olive St., Apt. 6, was arrested on a Jackson County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon.

Roger A. Shell, 50, 25 S. Sprigg St., Apt. 5, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Summons

Jeanette I. Smith, 39, 708 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain an animal license.

Thefts

Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen from 1732 N. Kingshighway.

Property Damage

A rail and pole for fencing were reported damaged at 127 S. West End Blvd.

A mailbox was reported damaged at East Rodney and Rodney Vista streets.

A window was reported broken at 421 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

A stolen 1993 white Ford F-150 pickup truck was recovered at Frederick and Morgan Oak streets.
