The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Paul Scott Simpson, 20, 625 Jefferson St., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court.

Brandon Marquis Daniels, 21, no address given, was arrested on city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for failing to wear a seatbelt and two counts for failing to appear in court.

Anthony J. Youngblood, 32, 915 Henderson Ave., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for littering.

Harold E. Mungle, 22, 1202 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine and cost for possession of a controlled substance.

Benjamin Schlenker, 29, 1616 William St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for possession of ephedrine and resisting a lawful stop.

Aaron J. Robinson, 46, 612 William St., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine and cost for leaving the scene of an accident.

Thefts

A vehicle window was broken and a stereo and CDs were reported taken from 2202 Kent St.

A vehicle window was broken and a stereo reported taken from 2001 Andrew St.

Chrome wheels and tires were reported stolen from 412 S. Kingshighway.

Property damage

Property damage was reported at 621 Sycamore St.

A window screen was reported damaged at 1206 Big Bend Road.

Miscellaneous

Walgreen's Pharmacy, 1 S. Kingshighway, reported an attempt to obtain a fraudulent prescription.
