Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Beth J. Paris, 26, 1420 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer.
• Latonio T. Jones, 24, 811 Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of resting arrest, careless and imprudent driving, no proof of insurance and possession of marijuana.
• A subject is in custody pending formal charges following driving while intoxicated.
• A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court as an incorrigible juvenile.

Theft

• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Assault was reported.

• Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

• A broken vehicle window was reported at 775 Perry Ave.
• Damage to a vehicle was reported at Themis Street and Woodbine Place.

Miscellaneous

• An assist of another agency was reported.
• A 17-year-old boy was placed in protective custody.
• Tampering was reported at 3020 Boutin Drive, No. 119.
