The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Thomas J. Mayberry of 1321 N. Main received a summons Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and careless and imprudent driving.
Steven A. Lockwood, 46, of 1448 N. Kingshighway, Apt. 123, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and failure to drive on the right half of the road.
Arrests Steven L. Hempstead, 22, of 906 Ranney was arrested Monday on a federal indictment for possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
Dustin S. Stokes, 18, of 1524 Good Hope was arrested Monday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court.
Jason M. Amelunke, 21, of 3065 County Road 383, Whitewater, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Christopher G. Johnson, 19, of 901 S. Pacific, was arrested Monday on suspicion of resisting arrest, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and being an unlicensed driver.
A 21-year-old male was placed into protective custody Tuesday.
Eric L. Richardson, 32, of 1635 Mulberry, Jackson, was arrested Tuesday on a Boon County, Ky., warrant for rape/sodomy and sexual abuse.
Michael F. McClard Jr. of 2825 Whitener, Apt. C2, was arrested Tuesday on a Scott County warrant for fraud.
Summonses Barbara S. McMullin of 1347 Platinum Court received a summons Monday for failure to yield.
W.R. Kutscher Jr. of 2471 Highway F, Jackson, received a summons Monday for improper turning.
Christopher M. Leavy, 41, of 622 Broadway, received a summons Tuesday for making a false declaration.
Assaults An assault was reported Monday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

Thefts Campaign signs were reported stolen Monday at Kage and Hopper.
A stereo was reported stolen Monday at Ellis and Merriwether.
A blue 1984 Yamaha moped was reported stolen Monday at the 1500 block of North Spanish.
Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Rhodes 101 at 1610 N. Kingshighway.
Checks were reported stolen Tuesday at 531 N. Fountain.
Burglaries A burglary was reported Monday at 281 N. Park. Prescription medication was reported stolen.
A burglary was reported Tuesday at 505 N. Broadview.
Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 1632 Themis.
Miscellaneous A Bulgarian passport was reported lost Monday.
A purse and contents were reported lost Monday.
Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Tuesday at 11 S. Kingshighway.
A white 1985 Mercury Lynx was reported abandoned Tuesday at 511 Albert.
