The following items were released Wednesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

James Lee Zimmer, no age given, 1409 Sylvan Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Gail Ann Miller, 49, 120 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Lance Edward Gartman, 33, 680 Jefferson St., Apt. 2, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to stay in the right-hand lane and no proof of insurance.

Arrests

Brian Scott Meredith, 21, 1018 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, operating an unlicensed vehicle and no proof of insurance.

Clark Jay Ridenour, 43, 5821 Lee Road, Puxico, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of having an expired license plate, and on six warrants from Stoddard County for insufficient funds checks.

Charles Lee Snyder, 19, 819 Dorothy Drive, Jackson, was arrested on a city warrant for probation violation.

Michael Joseph Flynn, 20, 1000 Towers Circle, was arrested on a city warrant for probation violation.

Patrick Joseph Lowery, 18, 4968 Robert St., St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of possessing the driver's license of another person.

Johnny Steen, 40, 609 N. Sprigg St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court.

Natalie Nicole Criddle, 28, unknown address, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving under revocation, on suspicion of making a false declaration, and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Chalayne Michelle Acuna, 19, 123 N. Clark St., Apt. 5, was arrested on a Foristell, Mo., warrant for failure to appear in court.

Theft

A cell phone was reported stolen at 1569 Grandview Drive.

A vehicle window, center piece and dome light were reported broken and speakers, amplifiers and CD player were reported taken at 51 Hazel St.

Missouri license renewal tabs were reported stolen in the city.

A PlayStation II, controller and DVDs were reported stolen at 1357 N. Clark St.

Miscellaneous

A burglary was reported at 443 Marie St.
