Mark Allen Jones, 24, 1922 Dunklin, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and driving without a license.
Arrests Garret J. Schwartz, 34, 2637 Hopper Road, was arrested Saturday on a warrant.
Timothy Lynn Tucker, 42, 245 County Highway 316, Scott City, was arrested Saturday on a warrant.
Nina L. Egson, 23, 3018 Mimosa #5, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Donnie Joe McClinton, 22, Cape Meadows #7, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Jamie Richard Cochran, 27, 2317 North, Scott City, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court and failure to pay fines.
Jameka Easton, 19, 1005 Jefferson, was arrested Sunday on a Mississippi County warrant for failure to appear.
Robert Hennecke, 17, 150 S. Lorimier #4, was arrested Sunday on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.
Assault Assault was reported Saturday at the 900 block of South Benton.
Domestic assault was reported Saturday at the 600 block of Emerald.

Stealing A jacket and darts were reported stolen Saturday from 611 Sycamore.
A bicycle was reported stolen Saturday from 19 S. Kingshighway.
A purse and its contents was reported stolen Saturday from 1744 Northwoods Court.
A ladder was reported stolen Saturday from Down to Earth Satellite, 1028 N. Kingshighway.
Money was reported stolen Saturday from Orscheln, 338 Christine.
Medication was reported stolen Sunday from Southeast Pharmacy, 69 Doctors Park.
A purse and its contents was reported stolen Sunday from 1614 Whitener.
Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday from Shell D-Mart, 3415 William.
Property Damage
A vehicle's paint was reported scratched at the 2100 block of Broadway.
A vehicle and stereo were reported damaged Sunday at 19 S. Benton.
Miscellaneous
A 48-year-old male was placed in protective custody Saturday.
A day planner was found Saturday at Capaha Park.
A suspect was taken into custody Saturday for driving while revoked. Formal charges are pending.
Child abuse was reported Sunday.
A runaway female juvenile was reported Sunday at 531 N. Fountain.
An ex parte violation was reported Saturday at the 600 block of Terry Lane.
A suspect was in custody Sunday pending filing of formal charges for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
Two suspects were in formal custody Saturday pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, assault and resisting arrest.
