The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Zachary A. Pierce, 22, 2 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for probation violation.

* Whitley L. Lambert, 18, of Dexter, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Argentry L. Marshall, 46, 1111 Bloomfield St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for stealing and nonsupport.

* Phillip L. Cullum, 48, 210 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.

* Randy J. Jackson, 23, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.

* A 15-year-old boy was taken into protective custody on suspicion of domestic assault and being an incorrigible juvenile.

Summonses

* Shaquille D. Shockley, 21, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for concealment of contraband.

* Jamie L. Hines, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Clayton M. Stull, no age give, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to drive on right half of the road.

* Jamar R. Ivory, 26, was issued a summons for prohibited acts, noise.

* Amy B. Martin, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for improper lane usage.

* Arthur F. Ford IV, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for no insurance.

* Emily K. McElreath, 30, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Lisa M. Ewers, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Lathan M. Barnett, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too closely.

* Sterling W. Satterfield, no age given, of Kelso, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
