DWI

Shawn C. McCormick, 40, of 404 N. Lincoln, Apt. 47, Scott City, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arrests

Darcus T. Purl, 28, of 513 Amethyst, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of walking in the street when a sidewalk was available.

Chad A. Harrington, 25, of 249 S. Jackson, Delta, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a state warrant for parole violation.

Patrick A. Keefer, 23, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear.

Angel M. Tucker, 26, of 1937 Delwin, Apt. 3, was arrested Monday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

Summonses

Jonathan Johnson of 548 S. Hanover received a summons Tuesday for failing to maintain property free of litter.

Robin L. Morris of 1234 W. Cape Rock Drive, Apt. 25 received a summons Tuesday for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Heather L. Stacy of 1134 S. Pacific received a summons Tuesday for failure to show proof of insurance.

Holly L. Lowes of 9231 State Highway W, Jackson, received a summons Tuesday for striking a legally parked vehicle.

John C. Allen of 1928 Perryville Road received a summons Monday for peace disturbance and a leash law violation.

Thefts

Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.

Two cell phones were reported stolen Tuesday by Prime Wireless at 9013 West Park Mall.

License renewal tags were reported stolen Tuesday in Lot No. 8 to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State Unversity.Miscellaneous

Two ex parte violations were reported Wednesday.
