ArrestsTynell Jarod Shaw, 26, of 319 N. Fountain was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on an assault complaint.

Anthony Alan Howard, 21, of 228 S. Ellis was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant complaint for failure to appear.

Charles Lee Martin, 39, of Jackson, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant complaint for probation violation.

Britni Kay Massey, 22, of 2037 Pear Tree Court was arrested Tuesday on a Scott County warrant complaint for assault.

SummonsMark Joseph Rigdon, 31, of 2641 Hopper Road was issued a summons Tuesday for nuisance abatement violations.

Raymond Jay Halter of Scott City, Mo., was issued a summons Tuesday for failure to wear a seatbelt and an improper turn.

Federal Express reported a burglary Tuesday but nothing was taken.

ArrestsRobert E. Wills, 48, of Jackson was arrested Friday on a U.S. Marshal warrant complaint for escape in transit.

SummonsJesse Boyer, 21, of 405 W. Adams was issued a summons Friday for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Aaron K. Seabaugh, 27, of 5191 Birk Lane was issued a summons Friday for unlawful use of a weapon and discharge of a weapon in city limits.
