DWI
Jeremy David Crocker, 23, of 333 N. Middle, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving under the influence and traffic violations.
Arrests
John Ray Wyatt Jr., 28, of 102 N. Lincoln, Scott City, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving with a revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident.
Scotty Harper, 34, of 1207 N. Main, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny.
Shemiah Lashawn Carter, 21, of Middle and Bellevue, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
Cynthia Lynn Biggs, 20, of 536 Columbine, was arrested Monday on suspicion of stealing.Summonses
Suzzanne M. Biggerstaff, 20, of 1457 N. Main, was issued a summons Tuesday for a leash law violation.
Christopher Shane Biby, 32, of 1810 Oklahoma, Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons Monday on suspicion of assault.
Assault
A sexual assault was reported Monday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
Thefts
A trailer was reported stolen Tuesday at 404 Bellevue.
DVDs were reported stolen at Towers East Monday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.
A purse and contents were reported stolen at Dearmont Hall Monday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.
A bicycle was reported stolen Monday at 129 S. Louisiana.Property damage
Property damage was reported Tuesday at 768 W. Rodney.
A vehicle was reported damaged Tuesday at 216 Johnson.
Miscellaneous
A purse and contents were reported lost Tuesday at Town Plaza.
A Missouri license plate was reported found Tuesday at 1330 Broadway.
Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Monday at 1028 N. Sprigg, 215 S. Kingshighway, 329 S. Kingshighway, 205 S. Plaza Way and 3333 Gordonville Road.
A wallet and contents were reported found Monday at Country Club Drive.
A 14-year-old female was cited to juvenile court Monday on suspicion of walking in the street when a sidewalk was available.
A suspect was placed in custody pending filing of formal charges Monday for driving with a revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident.
