The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Monday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Andrew K. O'Kelly, 28, 234 N. Lorimier St., was arrested on a municipal warrant for harassment.
* Danal Lampkins, 19, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of theft.
* Kenisha D. ENgland, 17, 129 S. Louisiana St., was arrested on a county warrant for seatbelt violation.
* Charlton D. Bowen, 45, 728 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a municipal warrant for failure to appear on a contempt of court for failing to pay a fine for no insurance.
* Ronetta A. Artis, 29, 59 N. Park St., was arrested for suspicion of property damage.
* A subject was in custody pending charges of resisting arrest.
* A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.
* Danny J. Halter, 58, 429 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons for trespassing.
* Matthew J. Komorech, 30, 1744 Luce St., was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance.
* An assault was reported at 245 N. Park St.
* A burglary was reported at 2016 Bloomfield Road.
* Alcoholics Anonymous, 417 Broadway, reported a burglary in which money was taken.
* A burglary in which theft and property damage were reported was made at 2016 Bloomfield Road.
* A theft was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* A satellite dish was reported stolen at 1206 N. Spanish St.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 2863 Whitener St.
* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported 14 gallons of fuel stolen.
* Dmart, 3415 William St., reported 9.5 gallons of fuel stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported almost 13 gallons of fuel stolen.
* Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive, reported men's and women's clothing stolen.
* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported 10 gallons of fuel stolen.
* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported 20 gallons of fuel stolen.
* Various tools were reported stolen at 103 Cape West Parkway.
* A driver's side vehicle was reported broken out at 30 N. Hanover St.
* Harassment was reported at 1533 Sylvan Lane.
* A runaway juvenile was reported.
* A 37-year-old man was taken into custody on an intoxication hold.
* A 22-year-old woman was taken into custody on an intoxication hold.
* A bicycle was reported found at 211 St. Francis Drive.
* An attempted suicide was reported.
* Endangering the welfare of a child, and a minor in possession was reported at 1400 S. West End Blvd.
