DWI

David N. Fager of 4765 Kimmel Bridge Road, Murphysboro, Ill., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and striking a legally parked vehicle.Arrests

Amy M. Derossett, 22, of 768 W. Rodney, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.

Kim D. Bushman, 51, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation, a Chaffee, Mo., warrant for contempt of court, and a Scott City, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

A 21-year-old female was placed into protective custody Sunday.

Brenda D. Hail, 36, of 709 North Street, Apt.. 4, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

A 19-year-old male was placed in protective custody Monday.

A 47-year-old male was placed in protective custody Monday.

Steve Carter, 34, of 319 S. Hanover, was arrested Monday on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

Cora J. Hall of 604 S. Ellis received a summons Monday for littering from a vehicle.Assaults

Jerry D. Dabbs, 20, of Mill Creek, Ill., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of assault, trespassing and resisting arrest.

A domestic assault was reported Sunday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

Thefts

Stealing was reported Sunday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.

A stolen red 1991 Ford Probe was reported recovered Sunday at 333 N. Frederick.

A bicycle was reported stolen Monday at 129 S Louisiana.Property damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Sunday at 1808 Weissinger.
