ArrestDoyle Winston, 22, 537 Cape Meadows, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failing to appear.
Roger Andrew Smith of 713 Oak St., Jackson, was arrested Thursday on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear in court for driving a vehicle without a proper driver's license.
BurglaryA burglary was reported Wednesday at 536 S. Sprigg. An ex parte violation was already reported. A suspect was in custody pending the filing of formal charges, and a 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court.
A burglary was reported Wednesday at 1226 Harmony. A pit bull puppy was reported stolen.
A burglary was reported Wednesday at 416 N. West End Blvd. Cash was taken.
TheftA stereo, amplifier, tools and cash were reported stolen Wednesday at 2828 Vista Lane.

D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a counterfeit $20 bill Thursday.
