ArrestDoyle Winston, 22, 537 Cape Meadows, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failing to appear.

Roger Andrew Smith of 713 Oak St., Jackson, was arrested Thursday on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear in court for driving a vehicle without a proper driver's license.

BurglaryA burglary was reported Wednesday at 536 S. Sprigg. An ex parte violation was already reported. A suspect was in custody pending the filing of formal charges, and a 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court.

A burglary was reported Wednesday at 1226 Harmony. A pit bull puppy was reported stolen.

A burglary was reported Wednesday at 416 N. West End Blvd. Cash was taken.

TheftA stereo, amplifier, tools and cash were reported stolen Wednesday at 2828 Vista Lane.

Three purses were reported stolen Wednesday at 2127 William.

Amoco D-Mart, 3276, reported gas stolen Thursday.

The Cape Girardeau schools reported the theft of a video cart Thursday.

MiscellaneousA 15-year-old boy was referred to juvenile authorities Thursday for possession of a concealed weapon.

D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a counterfeit $20 bill Thursday.
