Cape Girardeau
The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
Nathan Andrew LaGrand, 21, of 3120 Laurel Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Jonathan Charles Betts, 24, of 426 E. Jefferson, Anna, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
A woman, 41, was taken into protective custody at the 1900 block of Delwin Street.
Kristian Dale Henderson, 19, of 212 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
David Howard Barberis II, 25, of 124 Martha, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Summons
Amanda Kathleen Bell, 18, of 350 Henderson Ave., received a summons for minor in possession of intoxicants.
Joseph Matthew Baczewski, 21, Shawn Stephen Wilding, 26, and Matthew Nolan Shekell, 22, all of 330 N. Pacific St., received a summons for disorderly house.
Timothy Lucas Ryon, 21, of 49 S. Benton St., Apt. 2, received a summons for peace disturbance.
Assault
Third degree assault was reported at 1701 Lacey St.
Second degree domestic assault was reported at 2845 Themis St., Apt. 3. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.
Thefts
A rocking chair was reported stolen at 1310 Broadway.
Stealing was reported at 1115 Bloomfield Road.
Huck's Gas Station reported gasoline stolen at 353 S. Kingshighway.
Money was reported taken at 704 S. Sprigg St.
Property damage
A glass window was reported broken at 1631 Oak Hills Drive.
Miscellaneous
False declaration, unlicensed driver, stop sign violation and child restraint violation was reported at Lorimier and Good Hope streets. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.
Curfew violation was reported at the 1900 block of Longview Drive. A male, 16, was taken to the juvenile detention center.
A Sanyo cell phone was reported lost at 127 N. Water St.
