Jerry Dale Gear, 49, Bakersfield, Calif., was arrested Monday for possession of drug paraphernalia and ephedrine.

Andrew Marshall Yoffie, 18, 1969 David, was arrested Monday for stealing, property damage and trespassing.

SummonsMichael Lee Clay, 52, 110 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons Monday for leash law violation.

Timothy Arnold Rademaker, 2009 Evergreen, was issued a summons Monday for leash law violation.

TheftA white, 1989 Nissan 240SX was reported stolen Monday from Cape Auto Pool, 1238 Meadowbrook.

Furniture was reported stolen Monday at 1732 N. Kingshighway.

Compact disc players were reported stolen from vehicles Monday on the 2400 block of Albert Rasche and at 1829 Carolina. Two suspects are in custody pending formal charges.
