Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Johnathon C. Hopper, 25, of 4052 State Hwy 77, Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Bryan M. Kempinski, 20, 10576 Keck Road, Apt. 6, Saint Jacob, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* John R. Miller, 25, of 1308 S. Main St., Chaffee, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Jessica Lynn Sebastian, 18, of 195 Choctaw Lane, was arrested for false declaration.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported in the 1300 block of Kenwood.

Miscellaneous

* Burglary and property damage were reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway.
