The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Edward Byard Pierce, 47, of 2240 Sacajawea, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday in the 1700 block of Themis for driving while intoxicated.

Craig A. Hale, 24, of 1402 Bessie, Cape Girardeau was arrested Sunday at 335 N. Kingshighway for driving while intoxicated and at 40 S. Sprigg for indecent exposure.

Arrests James Victor Rose, 27, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for failure to appear in court.

Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday from Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday from Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.

A checkbook was reported stolen Sunday from 143 S. Henderson.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday from Citco D-Mart at 263 Farrar.

Summonses Dina M. Hill was issued a summons Sunday at 10 S. West End for allegedly stealing alcohol.

Property Damage

Tires were reported damaged Saturday at 3035 William.

A front door was reported damaged Saturday at 1406 Mary Ann. Burglary

Appliances were reported stolen Sunday at 832 S. Kingshighway.

A request for service was reported Saturday at 3439 William.
