Assaults A suspect was in custody Saturday pending formal charges for domestic assault.
Chad Phillips, 1920 Monterey, and Roberta Phillips, 1920 Monterey, both of Cape Girardeau were issued summonses Saturday on suspicion of assault.
Assault was reported Saturday at Frederick and William.
Thefts Sheets and pillow cases were reported stolen Saturday from Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall.
Jason Abner, 478 County Highway 524, Sikeston, Mo., and Mandy Ashcraft, 115 S. Westlane, Jackson, were arrested Saturday on suspicion of stealing miscellaneous items from Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall.
A license plate was reported stolen Saturday at 717 Jefferson.
Money and checks were reported stolen Sunday from Cape Auto Pool, 1238 Meadow Brook.
A red 1993 Chevy S-10 truck, license number 283-KM5, was reported stolen Sunday from the 500 block of Washington.
Tickets were reported stolen Sunday.
A vehicle window was broken and a stereo and CDs reported stolen Sunday at 234 N. Lorimier.
Property Damage
A lawn was reported damages Saturday at 423 Marroseann.
A suspect was taken into custody Sunday pending formal charges for damaging a vehicle on the 100 block of Water St.
A security chain was reported damaged Sunday at 521 Frederick.
Miscellaneous
A 27-year-old male was reported missing Sunday at 430 N. Frederick. The subject returned.
Jason Boschert, 82 Blair Place St., St. Charles, Mo., Marcus Jones, 1607 Hermitage Lane, Jackson and Aaron Moore, 2225 Bainbridge, Jackson, were issued summonses Sunday on suspicion of trespassing at 338 Broadway.
A Missouri driver's license was reported lost Sunday.
A wallet was found Sunday at Independence and Kingshighway.
A boy's yellow, blue and green Huffy bicycle was found Sunday at the 1000 block of Merriweather.
