Cape police report 1/30/08

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Anthony A. Howard, 27, 420 S. Ellis St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to pay fines for revoked operator's license, possession of controlled substance and failure to return to confinement.
• A 13-year-old boy was cited in juvenile court for truancy.
• Darius L. Washington, 18, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for robbery.
• A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for possession of a controlled substance.

Thefts

• Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
