Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Brandon T. Johnston, 22, of 1153 Landgraf Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
- Mark C. Johnstone, 19, of 205 Western, Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor, unlawful use of a license and false report.
- Stephen I. Sonderman, 23, of 6200 Tholozan, St. Louis, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for DWI, improper lane usage, suspended operator's license, failure to appear for a seat belt violation and failure to appear for indecent exposure.
- A subject is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of driving while revoked, no insurance, no rear license plate light and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
- Clarence E. Geiger III, 17, of 1126 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of intoxicants by a minor.
- Curtis A. Brown, 20, of 3007 Themis St., Apt. B was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

- Clemmie L. Lane, of 3018 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 1, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash and litter.
- Shalonda D. Snider, of 901 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for animal neglect.
- Daniel C. Lance, 20, of 305 12th St., Scott City, was issued a summons on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.
Thefts
- Rent One Store reported the failure to return a rented laptop computer.
- Missouri license plates were reported stolen at 1853 Carolina Lane.
- Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
- A sawzall was reported stolen at 214 N. Louisiana Ave.
- Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
Assault
- Domestic assault was reported.

- A burglary was reported in the 2000 block of Country Club Place.
