The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Sarah M. Reuther, 21, of 31 Mense Court, Old Monroe, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Jonathan Ray Charles Cochran, 18, of 2852 Vista Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Richard R. Robinson, 38, of 1102 Landgraf, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.Summons

Ryan J. Collier, 18, of 321 Dearmont Circle, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Wednesday for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia from the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.

Thefts A business portfolio and cell phone were reported stolen Wednesday at 38 N. Main.

A Missouri license plate bearing 619-TPP was reported stolen Thursday at the 300 block of South Lorimier.

Burglary

A burglary was reported Wednesday at 1809 N. Main. A Playstation II, controllers and a game were reported stolen.Property Damage

Tires were reported damaged Thursday at 26 N. Main.
