The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI James Noland, 42, of 510 N. Fountain, Apt. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Timmy Kluesner, 31, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Saturday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Alisha Snider, 25, of 1600 Independence, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of stealing and on a Scott City Police Department warrant for parole absconder.
Thefts A theft was reported Saturday at Show-Me Laundry.
Cash was reported stolen Saturday at 104 Vantage, Apt. 242.
A lamp was reported stolen Saturday from 615 Boxwood, Apt. 4.
A vehicle was reported stolen Saturday from 114 S. West End Blvd.
Gas was reported stolen Saturday from 3276 William.
A theft was reportedSaturday at 2310 Big Bend.
A lawn ornament was reported stolen Saturday from 2034 Broadway.
Burglary Second-degree burglary and property damage was reported Sunday at 105 S. Spanish, Apt. 103.
Assault
A subject was arrested Sunday at 923 N. Frederick for second-degree assault and is in custody pending formal charges.
Miscellaneous
Boxes of pill containers and syringes were reported found Sunday at 1208 Perryville Road.
Harassing phone calls were reported Sunday at 1034 West Mount.
