Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Stacy Lynn Allred, 26, 11558 Tivoli, St. Louis, was issued a summons Saturday for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Kayla Edmond, 21, 612 N. Fountain, was issued a summons Sunday for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Miguel Valverse, 2849 Hemlock, was issued a summons Sunday for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Eric Scott West, 21, 317 Mill, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau county warrant for domestic assault.

J. C. Lamar Brown, 23, 326 Morgan Oak, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear, speeding and no operator's license.

Summonses

Katrina E. Puls, 134 Morningstar, Jackson, was issued a summons Saturday for suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident.

Brandon Lamont King, 17, was issued a summons Saturday for suspicion of driving without a valid license.

Gary Mitchell Craft, 18, 2587 Fairlane, and Tyson Hall Seabaugh, 18, 223 Independence, were issued summonses Saturday on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol.

Gary Mitchell Craft, 18, 2587 Fairlane, was issued a summons Saturday on suspicion of fleeing lawful detention.

Jordaan Christoffel Sieben, 22, 333 N. Pacific, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of disorderly house.

Tracey L. Beasley, 32, 736 State Route 45 South, Mayfield, Ky., was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of driving while suspended.

Stephen Sonderman, 21, 612 N. Fountain, Nicholas Akers, 21, 612 N. Fountain, and Richard Alvers, 21, 612 N. Fountain, were issued summonses Sunday on suspicion of disorderly house.

Domestic assault was reported Saturday at 317 Mill.

Forgery was reported Friday at 121 S. Sprigg.

A red 1994 Buick LeSabre was abandoned Friday at 505 N. Kingshighway.

An assault was reported Friday at Pacific and Jefferson.

Harrassment was reported Friday at 1124 William.

A subject is in custody pending the filing of formal charges for trespassing at 1035 Bloomfield.

A subject is in custody pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault at 654 S. Spring.

Forgery was reported Saturday at Perryville and Sherwood.

Leaving the scene of an accident was reported Saturday at Themis and Frederick.

Failure to stop at a red light and fleeing lawful detention were reported Saturday on the 600 block of Walnut.

Leaving the scene of an accident was reported Saturday at 3439 William.

A suspect was taken into custody Saturday pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance.
