The following item was released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Jonnisha J. Bridges, 17, of 819 College St., was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.
  • Charisse N. Parrish, 29, of 416 N. Frederick St., No. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for seat belt violation.
  • Two 16-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.
  • Lee A. Williams, 42, of 133 S. Park Drive, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration, for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for repair or demolish building.
  • Brandee R. Young, 26, of 1405 William St., was arrested on a probation and parole warrant.
  • Lacy E. Deevers, 24, of 1621 Oak Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
  • A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges for suspicion of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of vicodin and possession of ecstasy.
  • Ryan P. Fornkohl, 22, of 3188 County Road 634, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Summonses

  • Eric W. Pieper, 25, of 820 Illinois Ave., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash and litter.
  • Carmen Winders, of Jackson received a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
  • Susan Park of Jackson received a summons for failure to show proof of insurance and following too closely.

Thefts

  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A cell phone and purse were reported stolen at 632 Broadway.
  • AmerenUE, 1715 Independence St., reported a theft of copper pieces.
  • A video camera was reported stolen and ceiling tiles reported damaged at 149 S. West End Blvd.

Property damage

  • A mailbox was reported damaged at 949 N. Cape Rock Drive.
  • A garage door and motor were reported damaged at 1111 N. Missouri Ave.
  • McClanahan Real Estate, 203 Lorimier St., reported property damage.
  • A window was reported broken at 925 William St.

Miscellaneous

  • A cell phone was reported lost at 312 Franklin Ave.
  • Telephone harassment was reported.
