DWIKenneth Newton, 54, of 623 Red Bud Circle, was arrested Wednesday for driving while intoxicated.

Joe Earl Barker Jr., 30, of Millersville, Mo., was arrested Wednesday for driving while intoxicated.

TheftsA cell phone was reported stolen Wednesday from Dearmont Road.

A compact disc player and CDs were reported stolen Wednesday from 1318 N. Sprigg.

Cash was reported stolen Wednesday from Just Kids at 6 Girardeau.

ArrestsMichael Westbrook, 38, of Chicago, was arrested Tuesday on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear and failure to pay traffic fines.

Jonathan Ayers, 19, of 1018 S. Benton, was arrested Tuesday for forgery and violating probation.

Eugene Haley, 23, of 518 S. Ellis, Apt. A, was arrested Tuesday for possession of a controled substance.

Karlos Draper, 35, of 509 S. Ellis, was arrested Tuesday on a Dunklin County warrant for failure to appear.

James Alsup, 20, of 700 Normal, Apt. B, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tiffany Adams, 27, of 180 Cottonwood, Jackson, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.

Dominique Butler, 22, of St. Louis was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Lloyd Austin, 21, of Hoardsville, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Reginald Foote, 21, of 628 Sycamore, Apt. B, was arrested Wednesday on six warrants for contempt of court.
