The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
Linda Joyce Scott, 33, of 408 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for driving while revoked.
David Allen Tingle Sr., 45, of P.O. Box 42, Unity, Ill., was arrested Tuesday on a federal warrant for probation violation.
Oreido T. Lumas, 25, of 406 N. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Wayne County warrant for driving while revoked and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Steven W. Cagle, 31, of 204 Idalia Road, Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Butler County warrant for nonsupport.
Summonses
Trever Luke Matthew Duncan of 2920 Kage Road, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Monday on suspicion of following too closely.
Patsy Ruth Bollinger of 521 Lilac, Kelso, Mo., was issued a summons Monday on suspicion of no seat belt.
Dawn Sharee Leible of 2700 Pioneer, Lot 173, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Monday on suspicion of improper passing.
Marie B. Whitney, 43, of 646 S. Henderson, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Tuesday on suspicion of failure to maintain property free of litter.Assault
Assault, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action were reported Monday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
Burglary An attempted burglary was reported Tuesday at 320 S. Ellis.
Thefts
A flatbed trailer was reported stolen Tuesday at 1739 N. Kingshighway.
Two female juveniles were cited in juvenile court Tuesday on suspicion of stealing.
A bicycle was reported stolen at Kent Library to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.Property damage
A vehicle was reported damaged Monday in the 1100 block of Broadway.
A door was reported damaged Monday at 233 N. Henderson.
Miscellaneous
Resisting arrest by fleeing lawful detention was reported Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
A subject was placed in custody Monday pending filing of formal charges for possession of ephedrine with the intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A peace disturbance was reported Tuesday at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road. A 16-year-old female was cited in juvenile court on the complaint.
