The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Frank B. Hall, 39, of 403 W. Butler, Matthews, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
  • Mandy M. Bond, 31, of 2335 Old Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
  • Demarcus L. Jones, 18, of 927 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Raymond Revelle, 39, of Bonne Terre, Mo., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
  • Jacob Garner, 22, of 2547 Lynnwood Drive, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Summonses

  • James M. Thomas, 21, of 142 N. Middle St., C-2, was issued a summons for property damage.
  • Aaron J. Wilson II, 23, of 2832 Lear Drive, was issued a summons for littering.

Thefts

  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
  • A wallet was reported stolen from 1209 Spanish St.
  • A purse was reported stolen from 19 Water St.
  • A Blackberry cell phone was reported stolen at 2 N. Main St.
  • Burglary and stealing were reported at 2412 Masters Drive.
  • Campbell Mattress, 100 Minnesota Ave., reported fuel taken.
  • Jasper's Gasoline, 10 S. West End Blvd. reported gasoline stolen.
  • A Missouri license plate, numbered 947-WPB, was reported stolen at 3439 William St.
  • Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes Gasoline, 1624 N. Kingshighway.
  • A plate was reported stolen at 901 S. Sprigg St.

Assaults

  • Two suspects are in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of domestic assault at the corner of Park and William streets.
  • Domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.
  • Assault was reported at Jefferson Avenue and Middle Street.
  • Assault was reported at 1113 Broadway.

Property damage

  • A parking sign and light fixture were reported damaged at 212 N. Main St.
  • The city of Cape Girardeau reported property damage at 40 S. Sprigg St.
  • Property damage was reported at 1306 W. Cape Rock Drive.
  • Property damage and trespassing were reported at 1808 Huston Drive.
  • Property damage was reported at 219 N. Middle St.

Miscellaneous

  • A subject is in custody on suspicion of driving while revoked and improper registration.
  • A wallet was reported found at the corner of Spanish and Independence streets.
  • A bicycle was found in the 1100 block of Jefferson Avenue.
