Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Brian P. Boyer, 42, of 313 Gerard Street, Bonne Terre, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and failure to maintain a single lane.

Michael Earl Rutherford, 29, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Thursday for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Susan L. Hurt, 47, of 2360 Highway 17, Iberia, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Mitchel E.Wilson, 40, of 2360 Highway 17, Iberia, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Tamra L. Gremard, 21, of 820 E. Gladys, Sikeston, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Chris C. Garigga, 32, of 1565 Trenton Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

Geoffrey A. Phelps, 24, of Route 1, Box 51J, Grand Tower, Ill., was arrested Tuesday on a Union County, Ill., warrant for obstructing justice.

Arthur A. Smith, 17, of 320 S. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Janiele M. Harris, 17, of 3546 Dana Drive, Jackson, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possesion of marijuana.

Geoffrey Allen Phelps, 24, and Holly Rozanne Libbert, 19, both of Grand Tower, Ill., were arrested Tuesday for possession and manufacture of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

n John A. Ing Sr., 38, of Cambria, Ill., was arrested Tuesday for possession of a controlled substance.

Toneka Shawn Fleming, 19, of 36 N. Ellis St., Apt. A, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear in court on charges of operating a vehicle without a driver's license and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Jorge Luis Garcia, 45, of 609 Themis St., Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

n Sarah Marie Hale, 20, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court for no seat belt.

Sharmir Houston, 22, of 25 Village Drive, Apt. 6, was arrested Thursday for unlawful use of a weapon.

Ernest L. Munhollon, 45, of 55 N. Pindwood, Apt. B, was arrested Thursday for probation violation.

Summons

Richard E. Britt, 33, of 1132 E. Olive, Scott City, Mo., received a summons Wednesday for assault.Assault

n A domestic assault was reported Thursday on North Pacific Street.

Burglary

A TV and VCR were reported stolen in a burglary Thursday.

Theft

A purse was reported stolen Wednesday at 202 S. Broadview.

Costume jewelry was reported stolen Wednesday at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

A purse was reported stolen Thursday at 632 Broadway.Property damage

A vehicle was reported scratched Tuesday at the 800 block of North Sprigg.

A slab of fresh concrete was reported defaced Wednesday in the 1500 block of Themis Street.

Vehicle paint was reported damaged Wednesday at 1333 N. Sprigg St.

A mailbox pole was reported broken Thursday at 609 Woodbine.

Arthur Williams, 21, of 27758 Highway 61, Scott City, was arrested Tuedday on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
