The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Joseph Parker, 26, of Mound City, Illinois, was arrested on a warrant.
• Zander Ackerman, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant.
• Kimberly Skaggs, 32, of Malden, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant.
• Charles Hartline, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant.
• Anjannete Jenkins, 47, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant.
• Anthony Wilson, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant.

Summons

• Juanye C. Burns, 21, no address given, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assaults

• Third-degree domestic assault was reported in the 200 block of South Lorimier Street.
• Third-degree assault was reported in the 3000 block of Aspen Drive.
• Assault was reported in the 3000 block of Aspen Drive.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 1800 block of Lexington Avenue.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported in the 1300 block of Broadway.
• Request for service was reported in the 400 block of Green Acres Drive.
• Second-degree property damage was reported in the 1700 block of Pemiscot Street.
• Fraud was reported in the 1300 block of Broadway.
• Drug violation was reported at North Sprigg Street and Washington Avenue. A suspect was taken into custody.
• Property damage was reported in the 2500 block of Lisa Drive.
• Weapons violation was reported in the 900 block of Bloomfield Street.
