Arrests Scott A. Moyer, 18, of 52866 York Hills Drive, Middlebury, Ind., was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lonnie Denell Johnson, 25, of 714 Vine, Charleston, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
Jason Eric Lashley, 26, of 116 Roosevelt, Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Butler County Sheriff's Department warrant for failure to appear in court on a seat-belt violation.
Thefts Two Missouri license plates were reported stolen Monday in the 1100 block of Cousin.
A wallet was reported stolen Monday.
An amplifier, speakers and speaker box were reported stolen Monday at 411 S. Frederick.
Stealing by deceit was reported Tuesday at Wal-Mart at 3439 William.
Property Damage
A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at Ford Groves at 1501 N. Kingshighway.
A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 409 E. Cape Rock.
Miscellaneous
Robbery and armed criminal action were reported Monday at the Bank of America at 800 N. Kingshighway.
A 1984 tan Cadillac DeVille was reported abandoned Monday at 18 N. Park.
Failure to return rental property was reported Monday at Express Rent-To-Own at 320 S. Sprigg.
A wallet was reported lost Monday at 1719 N. Kingshighway.
Forgery was reported Monday at SEMO Gas Inc.
Tampering with a vehicle was reported Tuesday at 1712 Big Bend Rd.
A red 1995 Chevrolet was towed Tuesday from the 1400 block of Kingshighway.
Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported Tuesday.
A shotgun was reported found Tuesday at 401 S. Hanover.
