The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Andrew Marshall Yoffie, 21, 1969 David St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, driving an unlicensed vehicle, failure to have insurance and unlawful use of a license.

Robert D. Shields, 23, 2261 Luxmore St., St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.

David A. Fraser, 43, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Thefts

Cash was reported stolen from Dexter Bar-B-Que, 236 S. Broadview.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen from 250 S. Silver Springs Road.

Gasoline was reported stolen from BP D-Mart, 3276 William St.

Two wire mesh screens were reported cut at 335 Edgewood St.

A window was reported damaged at 125 N. Clark St.

Miscellaneous

A 15-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control and assault of a law enforcement officer.

An 8-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway.

A Missouri license plate was reported lost on Terry Lane.

A Chevrolet Astro was reported abandoned at 1 S. Kingshighway.

A boy's blue Next Challenger bicycle was found at 907 S. Sprigg St.

A 16-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway and making a false declaration.

A 7-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for third-degree assault.

A dog bite was reported at 215 Louisiana St.
