ArrestsCaldonia Carmela, 29, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Wednesday for stealing at West Park Mall.

Edward L. Anderson Jr., 1305 Broadway, was arrested Wednesday for failure to appear.

Movina Anton Smith, 27, of Lilbourn, Mo., was arrested by the Scott County Sheriff's Department Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court.

Julius Frazier, 23, of 1413 William St. was arrested Wednesday for making a false declaration, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Mattie Mae Winters, 38, of 415 S. Frederick was arrested Thursday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear in court and contempt of court.

Cynthia Denise McClinton, 28, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested for stealing Thursday at Famous Barr.

Kelly Raye Gause, 19, of 1633 N. Main St. was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

SummonsJohn Jeffery Mowery, 45, of Ullin, Ill., was issued a summons Wednesday for leaving the scene of an accident.

TheftsA trash can was reported stolen Thursday at 20 S. Ellis St.

A speaker box, woofers and medication were reported stolen and a lock was damaged Wednesday at 919 N. Frederick.

A laptop computer was reported stolen Thursday at 11 S. Kingshighway.

Two mountain bikes were reported stolen Thursday at 2826 Whitener.

Property DamageA door frame was reported damaged Thursday at 2830 Independence.
