Edward L. Anderson Jr., 1305 Broadway, was arrested Wednesday for failure to appear.

Movina Anton Smith, 27, of Lilbourn, Mo., was arrested by the Scott County Sheriff's Department Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court.

Julius Frazier, 23, of 1413 William St. was arrested Wednesday for making a false declaration, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Mattie Mae Winters, 38, of 415 S. Frederick was arrested Thursday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear in court and contempt of court.

Cynthia Denise McClinton, 28, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested for stealing Thursday at Famous Barr.
