Cape Girardeau
The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
John Andrew Myers, 27, of Box 950, Grassy, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to signal and going the wrong way on a one-way street.
Timothy Scott Hunter, 44, of 403 Springfield St., Anna, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right side of the roadway and driving while suspended.
Stanley Timothy Oakley, 20, of 303 Howard St., Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Arrests
A 36-year-old woman was taken into protective custody at Independence and Main streets.
Jimmy Lee Walker, 28, of 513 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
Marlon Lenard Turner, 29, of 735 William St., Apt. 6, was arrested on a parole warrant.
Ronda Ann Poole-Tally, 35, of 268 County Road 545, Jackson, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to return rental property.
Summons
Cecil Hardie Quinn, 18, of 618 Ferguson Drive, received a summons for possession of a controlled substance.
Thefts
A purse and contents were reported stolen at 208 S. Spanish St.
A crystal snowflake ornament and security key cards were reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.
Citgo D-Mart reported gasoline taken at 243 Farrar Drive.
A black Mongoose bicycle was reported stolen at 646 Sheridan Drive.
Assaults
A 15-year-old boy was assaulted in the 1600 block of North Kingshighway.
Property Damage
A metal door was reported damaged at 239 N. Middle St., Apt. 5.
Miscellaneous
Possession of a controlled substance was reported at Broadway and West End Boulevard.
Tampering was reported at 3005 Themis St.
A blue Roadmaster boy's bicycle was reported found at 507 Linden St.
