Kevin Fred Wood, 39, of Scott City, Mo., was arrested Monday for failure to appear in court and fraudulent checks.

SummonsJohn David Kimbrel, 42, of Bloomfield, Mo., was issued a summons Tuesday for disturbing the peace.

Daniel Thomas Essner, 42, of 2065 Steven Drive was issued a summons Tuesday for having a dog at large.
